Concept, feasibility and goal-setting

Architecture & Engineering

This is where the “system” begins. Our in house design team develops the architectural drawings while the engineers put together the structural and mechanical elements for the project all up to latest code.

Red Tape & Permitting

Skip the trips to the city hall and administrative burden of turning in the right papers, applications and request forms to get the project approval. We handle all the necessary application, permitting, inspection scheduling and zoning approvals. With our well established network for navigating bureaucracy, we make sure your project doesn’t get stuck in professional “limbo”.

Construction

The paperwork gets put away and our seasoned crew moves in for the most anticipated part of the project. Because we have builders in house mainly of which the mechanical crew is already assigned to your project since the design phase so when it’s action time, there’s least amount of errors/miscommunication and more time for getting work done.

Final refinement and handover

We conduct a rigorous walk through and cross check with multiple peers and multiple different levels throughout the company to make sure the “punch list” is met and in some cases exceeded. We do preliminary final and health inspection walk-arounds to make sure the commercial or residential space is ready to pass inspection,

AFTER the plans are approved by the building department of that suburb/city and it is approved for us to begin work, as often times the process and waiting time for obtaining occupancy permit is counted against the contractor from the client. The contractor has no say over how long the building department takes to review plans and every suburb/city is different.
